1일차 - 카라콜 타운 이동
카라콜 타운 - 카라콜 계곡까지 이동 후 아유-토르 계곡과의 교차점까지. 그 후 아유-토르 계곡을 따라 양의 이마까지 하이킹. 캠프 (2900m).
2일차 - 아유-토르 빙하
아침 일찍 아유-토르 빙하로 오르기 시작합니다. 아유-토르 빙하를 따라 프리즈닉 고개 아래로 건너갑니다. 프리즈닉 고개(3450m)로 오릅니다. 캠프.
3일차 - 아유-토르 피크
아침 일찍 루트를 시작합니다. 아유-토르 피크의 서쪽 능선을 따라 정상까지 오릅니다 (4A, 4700m). 캠프로 하산합니다. 캠프.
4일차 - 유르트 캠프 아리스타 숙박
카라콜 계곡과의 교차점까지 하산합니다. 카라콜 타운으로 이동합니다. 유르트 캠프에서 숙박
